Expanding Vitamins Trade with India

Article Three has provided ongoing trade policy support to one of the world’s largest producers of vitamins and dietary supplements as it seeks to expand its operations into new markets, including India.

India is a large potential consumer market, but exporters often face a range of difficulties exporting there. High tariffs, a complex regulatory regime and difficult customs procedures inhibit trade.

Article Three has supported the company’s strategy to expand market access through analysis of existing trade agreements and barriers, review of trade facilitation initiatives and advice on technical inputs to foster stronger e bilateral trading arrangements such as bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, partnership and cooperation agreements.
